Registration Instructions for Returning Skaters and Full Season Skaters

Before Registering, please review the "Membership Information" Section. 

1. Visit: https://icereg.ca/#!/events/quinte-blades-speed-skating-club-20262027

2. Click Register Now

3. Create an Account or Login 

IMPORTANT - if this is your first time registering and you are registering a child, you should create the account for the adult first, then register the skater(s).

ALL children must have at least one adult registered as an "Associate Member" or be a registered skater. All adults who volunteer regularly with the club should be registered as "Associate Members".

4. Select or Add a Participant and Click Register

5. Select a “Program” (this is your OSSA / SSC membership) – 

• Skaters who will race this year should select "Competitive Skater"

• Skaters who will not race at meets should select "Club Skater"

• Non-Skaters will select Associate

Click NEXT, then Add Membership to Cart

6. You will be directed to Speed Skating Canada to complete SSC / SSO membership based on your selection. Ensure that the correct membership is selected. Click Next. 

There will be some questions. When you answer them click NEXT.

Verify your responses then click “Complete and Return to Registration”

7. Complete the Quinte Blades Photo and Email Consent. Click Next

8. If you are adding another participant click “Complete and Add Another Participant” and repeat steps 4,5,6. If you are done adding participants, click “Complete and Proceed to Cart”

9. The “Store” will load. Select the options you require in the Store.

*remember to click “ADD TO CART” for each required item

• Ice fees (Required for all skaters)

• Bingo / Equipment Deposit (1 required for each family) Each family must include ONE $150 Bingo and Equipment deposit. This is returned at the end of the year after skates and other equipment is returned and the family has volunteered at 2 bingos.

• Tuesday Ice Fee (Required for those who will skate 3 times per week - with coach approval only)

• Skate rental (optional)

• Skate Sharpening (optional)

• Skin Suit Rental (optional)

Click “Proceed to Cart”.

10. Read and “Sign” the OSSA Liability and Concussions Waivers

11. Read and "Sign" the SSC Waivers and Releases

12. Read and “Sign” the Quinte Blades waivers.

13.The Cart Summary will load – Enter your Credit Card info and Complete your payment

NOTE: Payment plans are available for fees associated with the Quinte Blades. SSC and SSO fees do not qualify for payment plans. The process is simple: 

1. At the checkout use one of the following coupon codes and the Quinte Blades portion of the fee will be reduced by 2/3 or 1/2 to allow for payment deferrals. (QB3Payments or QB2Payments)

2. To complete future payments send an EFT to quinte.blades@gmail.com in 30 and/or 60 days.
