Skating Starts Sunday October 3, 2021

Returning Skaters will begin on Sunday October 3 at 11 am or 12 pm. Groups will be organized at a later date.

New and Introductory Skaters will begin Sunday October 10 or Sunday October 17. Registration for our Introductory Program is currently closed.

Here are 3 important updates for all skaters / members:

1. Active Covid-19 Screening will be in effect again this year. All who will enter the facility are required to use the Provincial screening tool before skating and to submit a screen shot to quinte.blades@gmail.com. The City will audit our records and we must show that everyone is screened.

2. Concussion Safety Protocols are regulated for all sports. Each skater / coach is required to review the appropriate Concussion Awareness Document (Under Age 10, Ages 11 - 15, Ages 15+) and to sign an OSSA Concussion Code of Conduct (Athletes, Coaches).

In advance of your first practice, please review the appropriate document and the Code of Conduct and either

1. Please print and sign (or electronically sign) a Concussion Code of Conduct and email to quinteblades@gmail.com; or

2. Print print and sign a Concussion Code of Conduct and bring it to the arena; or

3. We will have a papers copies at the arena.

3. Vaccination Verification: City of Belleville requires all who are eligible to provide proof of identification (showing name and date of birth) AND proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please be prepared to show these documents to the Wellness Centre staff.
